Seref is a climate finance professional with a strong track record in scaling an energy storage start-up from Seed to Series B. He leads the financial management function at Origen, overseeing forecasting, reporting, analysis, and treasury, while serving as a strategic partner to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team.

With an MSc in Climate Change, Management & Finance from Imperial College Business School, Seref also holds the ICAEW Chartered Accountant (ACA) designation. His expertise in financial strategy and management is key to driving Origen’s growth and financial performance in the rapidly evolving climate sector.
